The pale green fruits can reach impressive lengths up to 3ft while remaining crisp, tender, and refreshingly sweet. With thin skin, very few seeds, and virtually no bitterness, Armenian Cucumber is perfect for fresh eating, slicing, salads, and pickling.

History

Armenian Cucumber has been cultivated throughout Armenia, the Middle East, and surrounding regions for centuries.
