A completely unique eggplant variety that is best picked when just starting to blush orange. Though, not actually a true eggplant, these are are used and taste just like them! Plants get about 2-3 ft tall and produce so many small eggplants that start out green, and eventually change to a bright orange. A rare variety from originating from Turkey.
