The smallest eggplant you’ll ever grow! These little guys are so incredibly unique as they are small, elongated fruits that start out green, but ripen to a deep orange with striping. These are best eaten when the eggplant reaches its full size (around 1-2 inches long) but not yet changing color. Picking these when they are green are when they are at their best flavor as waiting until they change color will result in bitter fruits. Plants will get 3-5ft tall and become loaded with fruits to the point that the plant will start falling over! Fun and easy to grow!
