Pepper - Aji Confusion

A very unique pepper that completely white when ripe! You will see some wacky shapes and sizes when growing these as no two peppers are alike! Peppers start out green and slowly ripen to white and are triangular shaped. Very crunchy with mild heat (approximately 15-20,000 schovilles though some pods can become extremely hot!). Plants grow bushier rather than tall.
