Yellow Accordion tomato is large yellow/orange colored fruit that is very sweet in flavor! These are great tomatoes to stuff with already cooked ingredients such as meat, or other vegetables! These are early to mature for a large variety and has a very soft skin! These are rather hollow inside, but still juicy! A delicious tomato great for salsa, stuffing, or just eating raw! Flesh is extremely soft and will not hold up to heat. Little to no acid, but still has nice tomato flavor. A beautiful tomato with curled ribcages around the entire fruit make this an extremely unique variety! Heirloom variety with meaty fruits, and little seeds!
